You can only have 50 clients on your map, if you want to have more, you need to pay a monthly fee!!!! Stay away!!!! I just waisted time and money with this ap!!!!

Very good app and very useful, the cleaner your data as the better the helpful this app gets.

Needs refinement..

Use this app daily. It is easy to use for someone who is new to the game. Lets me export all of my notes from my meetings to excel for easy downloading. The map feature is my favorite part as that I can see which customers I can target in a particular area of my territory that I am visiting.

The absolute best support and best customer mapping program in the App Store. Believe me, Ive tried them all and Map My Customers has it all. An essential tool to have with you when youre on the road. Never get back to the office thinking "I was right next door to a prospect I wanted to talk to". This app makes it easy to map your customer and prospect locations. A very well done app that actually works and does everything it says it will!!

Like that you can choose colors and pin seemingly unlimited number of locations. Only app Ive seen for pinning customers in the store other than sales force. Works great. Hoping to see them add itinerary routing soon...

The support staff for this app is amazing. They are quick to fix program bugs or technical issues. Has every tool that I could have imagined to keep up with my customers. Submitted ideas to technical support for enhancement and they were implemented. Waiting for the auto dialer feature from within the app

Im a clinical social worker and travel my entire state. Its great for mapping out my clients and making my schedule.

Does not import contacts. Wast of time to do everything manually. Waist of money unhappy with product. Rick F

Great features that work well. Check ins, reminders, and import from excel all work like a charm. A must have for any traveling salesman wanting to find every customer around them. Even tells you who is around you.

Seems to be a very nice app. Having issues importing customers from Excel. The tech support goes above and beyond to help. A few ideas, being able to drop pins when your at a location or not at a location, to add customers. Also a way to sync up with your contacts, for phone numbers... But overall awesome app!!

First day of using this app and it was great. I was able to import customers, color code them, and spend my day being more productive. Then on top of that the support for the app is excellent.

Finally, an app just for mapping your customers. I struggled to find an app or program to just plot my customers. Most of the apps or programs are full CRM suites that I dont need. I just need the mapping feature and Map my customers does that for me. Map my customers works beautifully on iPad and thats my main device, its not a stretched out iPhone app, its actually built for iPad. Its smart, easy to use and looks elegant, but best of all is the support is fantastic!

Everytime i tapped the app it would just take me back to start screen

Paid $4.99 for this app. In order to fully utilize every feature I was willing to pay their monthly subscription of $4.99. However, I could not subscribe as an in "app purchase." They directed me to their website which did NOT recognize my login information from the app. Their website allowed me to create a new account using the same email credentials from the app. Duplicate accounts. In order to subscribe I had to provide my credit card information via a third party. Waste of money!

Well laid out user interface and very simple to use. The contacts import from my spreadsheet got me set up in a couple of minutes. The color map brings a very visual aspect of your client base

For $5 (thats with 40% off) you only get 50 contact entries, one color of pins and 2 groups, which I have yet to figure out why the contacts wont show up in the groups I assign them too. You can get more by paying $5, $10 or $15 a month. This is what I would expect from the lite version of an app.

I am a mattress supplier so travel between customers a lot. This app cut my time on the road by at least 30 minutes each day, and one day had 2 hours saved! I cant recommend this enough
